 Bill Barnett is vice president of nitrogen projects for Dyno Nobel, a position he has held for two years. He is currently responsible for the commercial activities of Project IBIS, which is a feasibility study to build a new world scale ammonia plant in Louisiana. These activities include procurement of natural gas for the new plant and the sales of ammonia from the new plant. Barnett has held various positions in the nitrogen industry for both ICI (1984 to 1998) and Dyno Nobel since 1999.
